Expand - opening the heart and lungs with backbends. Locusts, Bows and other beautiful versions of backbends that will leave you swooning. Fill up thy cup! Week 5. Lift! Yes you can, find that deep core. Not only building up the layers of our physical core but our outer subtle layers of self-esteem. Helping with Inversions such as Dolphin/forearm downdog, Tripod headstand, Crane Week 6. Living the dream. You've made it! And yes there's always more (the essence of the practice!) Shoulder Intergration, Upper Body strength,Plank and Lower Push Up, Down Dog Balance, moving toward L-Shape at the wall + Handstand exploration.
